2 Broke Girls likes to makes fun of the Williamsburg hipster scene. Did you ever hang out there for research?
I’ve never been to Williamsburg, but I’ve been to Park Slope. So I can kind of get a sense? And I heard that hipster scene in the east side of L.A. is sorta similar? The first place I’m going to in New York when I visit in November or December is Williamsburg.

Why is this a big deal? I know for a fact none of the Desperate Housewives have been to Wisteria Lane.

And don’t even get me started on how few of the LOTR cast actually walked into Mordor.

They’re actors. They act like they’ve done things. They don’t need to have done these things to act like they have. Hell, they didn’t even write the lines, the writer(s) tell them how to act and they interpret it given their own unique experiences, not the writers’ experiences.

Jesus, this is a network situation-comedy with a laugh track - you weren’t going to watch it anyway.

newsflash…. Dunder Mifflin is not an actual paper company.
